General Questions:

How can I contact GolfPitStop?

Do your prices include GST?

Yes – all prices advertised on our site include 10% GST

How do you rate used golf clubs?

On arrival all clubs go through our rigorous inspection process. Every club is inspected at least twice by trained GPS staff members and then rated out of 10.

How do I know if a club has been altered?

If a club or iron set is not standard in any way (Length, Lie etc...), it will be stated in the “comments” section on the Club Details page. If there are no comments listed, the club or iron set is standard length and lie to the O.E.M specifications.

Do you only sell used golf clubs?



No – We focus on second hand golf clubs but we do pick up brand new stock from time to time. These items will have a 10-10-10 rating.

When should I register?


Users only need to register when:

-Bidding on auction items
- Trading or Selling your golf clubs to GPS

NOTE: when you are making your first purchase from GolfPitStop you'll automatically become a registered user as part of the ‘checkout process’.

Can I trade my old clubs to GolfPitStop?

Absolutely – to obtain a quote for your old clubs click here.

Can I trade in my old clubs against an auction purchase?

Yes you can, all you have to do is obtain a quote. If you are happy with your GPS quote, purchase your auction item. Once your auction item has arrived, pop your old clubs into the box along with your quote and send to GPS, we will then refund your credit card your quoted amount.

Can I obtain a club that is not on your site?

Yes – using our obligation free Club Alert system you can log a particular brand, model and even shaft specification request. Our system will log your request and will notify you via email as soon it hits our warehouse (with no obligation to buy). Click here to add a new Club Alert.

Note: You do not have to be a registered user to use the Club Alert system.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

What is your return policy?

GolfPitStop offers a 7 day unconditional return policy, if for ANY reason you are not happy with your clubs you can send them back for a full refund (less delivery). Click here for more info.

 Do you offer a warranty?

Yes – That’s right, a warranty on second hand golf clubs! We offer a FULL 12 MONTH WARRANTY on all our golf clubs. Click here for more details.

Where can I find my GolfPitStop order number?

Your order number is contained in the confirmation email we sent you when you successfully completed the ‘check out’ process. It will be located on the top right hand corner of your email and will begin with “GP”. You can find this email in your “inbox” folder located with your email provider (Hotmail, gmail, bigpond etc)

I can’t seem to become a registered user, what can I do?

No problems, contact one of our friendly customer service members on PH: (03) 9899 7133. They'll be more than happy to take you through the process.

I have registered but can’t seem to login?

No big deal, contact our customer service team on PH: (03) 9899 7133. They'll take you through the login process.

Do you have a store I can visit?

It’s in the pipeline but unfortunately not available, YET! To keep up to date with all the latest GPS news and specials make sure you join our mailing list (on home page)

Do you sell used accessories?

No – all of our accessories are brand new.

Delivery Questions:

 When will my order be shipped?

We are 100% committed to getting your package to you as quickly as possible, that's why we offer same day shipping to ALL our customers. Order placed before 2pm will be shipped that day! Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day. For more information please refer to our delivery info page.

 How much does delivery cost?

To view a short list of delivery costs click here. Alternatively shipping costs to your location will be displayed by clicking on"cart". From there click "add shipping" and enter your delivery post code for a full list of delivery costs and options. NOTE: you must have an item in your cart to view the "add shipping" button. It does not matter what item you add, our shipping is calculated on location NOT by weight or size.

What if I am out when my delivery arrives?

If no one is going to be home, it’s best to get your package delivered to work or somewhere someone is guaranteed to be able to sign for it. Alternatively, you can leave instruction for your package to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place during the "check out" process.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes – if your delivery address is different from your billing address you will be able to change this when completing the checkout process.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes – We’ll track it for you! Email us your order number here or PH: (03) 9899 7133 during business hours. One of our customer service team members will be happy to provide you with up-to-date information regarding your delivery.

My package was delivered damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately; it would be helpful if you have your order number in front of you. Our customer service team will do their utmost to resolve this issue as soon as possible. You can contact customer services on  (03) 9899 7133.
